One Cohesive Project Vision

Our “One-Stop Shop” Design-Build models allows us to oversee your entire project from conception to completion (“Design, Demo, and Build”) — contributing both to the initial vision, through the progress of construction, through turn-over for aesthetic appeal and final function of the completed project for your enjoyment.

Turn-Key Planning & Operations

We will design your project with you and develop the construction documents for approval and filing with the building department to obtain permits and build your project. Our expertise in all aspects of renovating homes includes decks, window replacement, exterior renovation, additions, kitchens, and baths. We are a complete in-house turn-key operation with one source of control and responsibility for the project.

A Single Point of Contact

People often unwittingly work with a separate designer and architect, or a separate designer, architect and builder. With our Design-Build model, three or four relationships become one team. It’s instantly easier for you, our client, to manage updates with one person instead of three. In other words, our Design-Build team directs the planning, architecture, design, and construction, so you only have a single point of contact.

Efficient Scheduling and Cost-Effective Planning

The benefit is immediate: no miscommunication or loss of information between the disciplines, greater efficiency, cost and schedule control. Another benefit to a design-build firm is that managing a budget for an entire project is much more proactive and therefore less likely to require change orders, as all of the coordination is in-house.

One-on-One Communication from Day One

The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and to understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floor plans, Pinterest boards, and any other wishlist ideas you want to incorporate into your project. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have.
